HISTORY

Founded in 2000, ARU London offers a range of courses leading to academic and professional qualifications that help their students to successful careers in business, management and accountancy.

Their campus is based in the City of London, on the corner of Charterhouse Street and Farringdon Road.

They are currently home to 2,000 students from all over the world, and their ethos is simple: to provide competitively priced, top-quality business education that’s relevant to employers’ needs.

Originally, they prepared students for professional accountancy exams but since 2007 they have been expanding their range of courses. They now offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in subjects including Business and Human Resource Management, Law, Finance and Accounting, and International Marketing, as well as three MBAs.

They know that practical skills and real-world experience are valuable to the students. For that reason, they timetable their classes to give the students the chance to undertake part-time work that’s relevant to their future career – and their lecturers have first-hand experience of business.

They are proud to have twice won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in recent years. The Award recognises organisations that have made outstanding contributions to enterprise culture in the UK.
