  • UCAS: 96 to 112 tariff points
  • GCSEs: minimum of 4 GCSEs grades A*- C
  • Numeracy and literacy: Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework

Career posibilities

The employment in this Industry is quite high. The sectors vary from premium independent hotels, through recognised chains, to restaurants and exceptional food services management companies within and without the UK. You can expect to have these following positions after you graduate: Company director, People director, Restaurant Manager, Marketing Manager.
