Course details

This programme will allow you to develop a strong theoretical grounding in physiology, psychology, business management and sports events management. You will learn through a mix of practical training and industry based coursework which will give you an ideal grounding for a career in this industry. You will gain skills in communication and learn to work effectively on your own but also as part of a team.

Entry requirements

  • UCAS: 112 tariff points
  • GCSEs: minimum of grade C in English language and mathematics or Science

Career posibilities

When you finish this programme you will be qualified for a number of different careers in the health and fitness sector. You can expect to have these following positions after you graduate: Fitness instructors, Personal trainers, Exercise managers, Health and fitness management and many others.
