The BA Hons Architecture program is a first step in a professional career in architecture. The program offers students a range of approaches to architectural design through studio-based tutorial groups or units. Each unit explores a different aspect of architectural design, ranging from new technologies, emerging social conditions and contemporary cultural contexts, to more abstract aesthetic and theoretical concerns.

- GCSE: Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
- A Level: ABB
- International Baccalaureate: 33 points, with no score less than 4
Career possibilities
Studying geography can lead to a wide range of careers. On graduation, you can go on to work for environmental consultancies, conservation, government and research. There are opportunities to use your skills and knowledge in logistics, business management and finance. The communication, numeric and IT skills you will gain also make you a good candidate for business, commerce or education-oriented careers. Alternatively, a significant proportion of graduates choose go on to postgraduate study.
