Course details
In this course, you will develop your dance creativity in both practice and theory. Studying Contemporary Dance taught by expert dance artists, teachers and researchers in a stimulating environment is where you get to develop your creative interests. Choreography is central to your studies and is explored in a variety of ways including solo and group work, site-specific, screen dance and mobile technologies options.

Entry requirements
- A-level: BBC
- Mathematics and English language grade C
- BTEC: DDM in relevant subject: Dance / Performing Arts
- Access to Higher Education Diploma: 45 credits at Level 3
Career posibilities
After graduation you will be qualified to seek a career as a performer, choreographer, teacher of dance, dance officer, freelance artist, youth dance practitioner, in business, administration, community arts, primary and secondary teaching (further training required), youth service, writing for dance, or postgraduate study and research.
