MA English Studies and Literacy
This programme is ideal for you if you wish to combine your studies of English Language with the study of literature and literary theory.
This programme offers the opportunity to focus on English literary studies with modules covering literature and language from Anglo-Saxon period to the present day.
MA European Language and Culture
The course provides students with an extensive grounding in contemporary critical theory and the way it can be applied in a range of European cultural contexts. The course offers the opportunity to specialise in specific aspects of ((non-Anglophone) European culture that are close to areas of staff expertise, including history, film, literature and the visual arts. You will conduct an extensive research project of your choice under close guidance in a supportive and vibrant environment.
